Description
Abu Dhabi Golf Club’s residential project is located in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi, covering 1,472,141.20 sqm. The site includes key landmarks like the Westin Resort, Heavenly Spa, pools, and workout facilities. It features two golf courses: The National (18 holes) and The Garden (9 holes, floodlit). The masterplan leverages natural terrain, greenery, and lakes to offer open views, privacy, and a secure living experience. The project targets Estidama Pearl-1 sustainability rating.
Challenge & solutions
The development offers 189 units, including 3-4 bedroom townhouses and 3-5 bedroom villas, fully integrated with the resort environment. The design balances natural beauty with community needs, featuring a mosque for 350 worshippers and a central community center. The low-rise layout ensures privacy, while enhancing livability and connection to the landscape.
Analytics & reporting
The total site area is 171,872 sqm, with 49,644.27 sqm of residential GFA (133 villas: 37,925 sqm / 56 townhouses: 11,719 sqm). The mosque covers 812 sqm and community facilities 450 sqm, totaling 50,906 sqm GFA. The site includes 578 parking spaces. The community center offers a grocery, gym, sauna, steam room, multipurpose hall, kids’ area, and outdoor pool—promoting wellness and social interaction within a walkable, green environment.
